A perfect example of needing a wheelchair ramp.  A current employee had become injured and needed to use a wheelchair.  The owners never saw how not having a wheelchair ramp made it impossible for some to not access their building.  This wheelchair ramp will be poured over the top of their steps but will provide safe access to their building.
